I wish we could have stayed longer!
“This was an absolutely beautiful place to land on our bike trip. The trailer was cozy, yet comfortable, and the surrounding landscape was beautiful and quiet. It is just a short bike ride to Ganges, a fun community full of art and pianos. The property also backs up to forest with several hiking trails. Our hosts were friendly and very attentive to our needs (though my phone didn't work in Canada, so I didn't get any of the texts until I got home.) Annika gave us great advice for a much quieter route to ride back to the ferry, and my partner enjoyed talking to Jorge about permaculture and farming. If anything I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Staying at the cozy caravan was such a beautiful experience for me and my boyfriend. It's even more adorable and perfect than the pictures online show. It made our stay on the island that much more authentic. If you like the feel of camping or glamping you will love staying in the cozy caravan. Super close to everything and Annika is adorable. Thank you again for everything !”

The location was great!
“My 11 year old son and I stayed at the Salty Pear Caravan for a weekend so we could go to the Garlic and Music Festival. The location was great! We were able to walk into the centre of Ganges in about 10 minutes and less than a 10 minute drive to the Vesuvius Bay ferry. On the second day we discovered a trail through the field that took us to a trail through Mouat's park. So we travelled that lovely trail as part of our walk into Ganges. The property is beautiful and quiet. My son enjoyed picking blackberries. The camper had everything we would need. The fridge was surprisingly big! We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning for coffee and tea. The bed was soooo comfortable. Overall it was a great experience! Perfect place for two people. We would definitely rent it again and would recommend it to others.”
